At GARMENTWHOLESALER.COM, we strive relentlessly to bring you the quality products. Our quality team ensures that every product shipped is carefully scanned for any issues. However, in the rare case you want to return/exchange your product, here is our returns policy :

We believe in putting a personal touch into everything that we do and want your shopping experience to be a satisfying one. We are fully committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure that you are happy with every aspect of your order.
Returns Policy
We believe in our products and and confident that you will love them as much as we do. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion to us within 2 days of your initial purchase, and we will be happy to refund the purchase amount to your wallet. Please note the following minor exceptions to our normally generous returns policy:
To help us expedite your return request, please follow the simple steps listed below.
1) Send us an email at [email protected] or [email protected] to let us know that you plan to return the product.
2) Be sure to include your Order Number and to tell us if you prefer to have your return to you wallet
3) We will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your request and to answer any questions that you may have.
4) Our delivery executive will take the items back to us, including your Order Number & Name with the items you wish to return. We cannot process a credit amount to your wallet until the product is shipped back to us. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit. After checking to be sure that your container is tightly sealed, we recommend enclosing it in a ziploc bag to prevent spillage during transit.
We regret that return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Please see the Damaged Items information bellow.
Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.
Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the products for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the products to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately our mail address. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
You must inform us about the return/exchange within 4 days of delivery by replying back on the order confirmation email that you received at the time of placing the order. You can alsoWhatsapp usyour request (along-with your order number) on +91 9041403515 Please note that a telephone call is not enough to initiate the return process.
We will be happy to exchange the products for size / style. In the rare case that you totally didn’t like the product and want to return it, please mention the issue in the email.
Once your exchange/return request is approved , there are two ways : 1) You can either self-ship the item to us OR 2) We can arrange for reverse pickup..
When we receive back the item, our quality team will inspect it. All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
In the case of exchange, we will then ship you the new item. Please note the items can be exchanged only once.
In case of return, we will issue you a coupon equal to the amount of your purchase. You can use this coupon to do any other purchase on our website.
Please Note : We do NOT provide return bank/cash transfer.
GARMENTWHOLESALER.COM reserves the right to withdraw return / exchange on certain discount items.
Items marked for Clearance Saleare deeply discounted and can neither be exchanged nor returned.
Items purchased via use of coupon can neither be exchanged nor returned.
